Caster sugar or Beet sugar or Sucrose (Screened) also spelled as “Castor sugar” is obtained by purification and crystallization of juice extracted from sugar beet followed by screening. It is an extremely pure, free flowing and dust-free crystalline powder which ensures quick dissolution of dry mixes. It is a fine white free flowing crystalline sugar that is produced to a tight color specification with a consistent crystal size. It meets BP, EP & USP NF Standards.
