Casein Hydrolysate (Lactium) is an enzymatic hydrolysate of Casein used in relieving stress & treatment of insomnia.  Enzyme digest of casein provides a calming effect in patient with stress. It is a low sodium & lactose and can be use in various protein formulations. It is also incorporated in dairy products and probiotics like yogurts, milk etc. & also use as a protein source in bakery & confectionery preparations. It is often combined with vitamins and minerals.
